Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after pickup.
If your tracking has not changed for a few days, it is usually a carrier scanning delay. In many cases the package is still moving normally, even when the public tracking page is slow to refresh.
Please contact support@daywick.com if:
- your order is already past the estimated delivery window
- the tracking says delivered but you did not receive it
- the tracking shows an exception
- you never received a tracking number
Include your order number so we can check it faster.
