What should I do if my order says delivered but I did not receive it?
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check:
- your mailbox, porch, side door, lobby, parcel locker, or reception area
- anyone else in the household
- neighbors nearby
- whether the carrier left it in a hidden or protected spot
Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered slightly early. If it still has not appeared after 48 hours, contact
support@daywick.com with your order number.
Delivered-but-not-received claims should be reported within 7 days of the delivery scan. We may ask for carrier claim
details, proof of loss, or other supporting information so we can review the case.
