An approved return request and an issued refund are different steps.
If your refund requires a return, the item first needs to arrive and be inspected. Returns are usually inspected within 5-7 days of receipt.
Once a refund has been issued, banks and card providers usually take 5-10 business days to show it on your statement. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
If you are unsure whether your refund has been issued, email support@daywick.com with your order number. We will check the refund record.
If more than 10 business days have passed since the refund was issued and it is not showing, contact us with your order number so we can check the record.
