Once your return or refund is approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method.
After a refund is processed, banks and card providers usually take 5-10 business days to show it on your statement.
If you returned an item, the return first needs to be received and inspected. Daywick usually inspects returns within 5-7 days of receipt.
If you believe a refund was approved but you do not see it yet, contact support@daywick.com with your order number.
