How do I return my order?

Daywick accepts returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@daywick.com with: - your order number - the email used at checkout - the reason for the return - photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order. Items must be returned unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.

What is Daywick’s 30-day money-back guarantee?

Daywick has a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible returns. The 30-day window starts when your order is delivered. To qualify for a normal return, the item must be unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging. If the item is used, damaged, incomplete, outside the return window, or sent to the wrong address without approval, the return may be declined. If something is wrong with your product, contact us instead of starting a normal return. We review damaged, incorrect, or defective items separately.

When will my refund appear?

Once your return or refund is approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, banks and card providers usually take 5-10 business days to show it on your statement. If you returned an item, the return first needs to be received and inspected. Daywick usually inspects returns within 5-7 days of receipt. If you believe a refund was approved but you do not see it yet, contact support@daywick.com with your order number.
