Try these checks first:
- Charge the belt for 2-3 hours before testing.
- Use a USB wall adapter, phone charger, or power bank rated 2.4A or higher. A low-output adapter may not charge the device properly.
- Check whether the blue indicator lights turn on while charging. Four blue lights means it is fully charged.
- Unplug the belt before turning it on. It cannot turn on, heat, or vibrate while charging.
- Long-press the power button for about 2 seconds to power it on.
- Make sure the USB-C cable is fully connected while charging.
- Test the red light in a darker room. The red-light LEDs are on the inside surface and can be harder to see in bright light.
