The wireless Hip Therapy Belt charges first, then works with the cable disconnected. You do not need to keep a power bank attached during use.

Charge first
- Connect the included USB-C cable to the belt.
- Connect the other end to a USB wall adapter rated 2.4A or higher. Check the adapter's label. A wall plug is not included.
- Charge fully. All four blue indicator lights are on when the belt is fully charged.
- Disconnect the cable from the belt before turning it on.
The belt will not heat or vibrate while charging.
Put it on
Place the panel on the outside of your hip. Keep the controller at the top and the light side facing inward. Fasten the waist strap first, then the thigh fastening. It should feel secure without digging in.
See the step-by-step photo guide for help with the fastenings shown there.
Turn on heat or vibration
- Hold the flame button for 2 to 3 seconds to turn heat on.
- If you want vibration, hold the vibration button separately for 2 to 3 seconds.
- Start on the lowest level. Short presses change the level after a function is on.
Do not press both buttons together. Heat and vibration have separate controls, so you can leave vibration off.
The red lights on the inside turn on with heat. They do not have a separate button.
End of a session
The belt switches off automatically after 15 minutes. That does not, by itself, mean the battery is empty.
Stay awake while using it. Take it off before sleeping. Stop using it if it feels uncomfortable or irritates your skin.
If the belt still will not work with the cable disconnected, follow the troubleshooting checks.
