My belt will not turn on, heat, vibrate, or show red light

Try these checks first:

  • Charge the belt for 2-3 hours before testing.
  • Use a USB wall adapter, phone charger, or power bank rated 2.4A or higher. A low-output adapter may not charge the device properly.
  • Check whether the blue indicator lights turn on while charging. Four blue lights means it is fully charged.
  • Unplug the belt before turning it on. It cannot turn on, heat, or vibrate while charging.
  • Long-press the power button for about 2 seconds to power it on.
  • Make sure the USB-C cable is fully connected while charging.
  • Test the red light in a darker room. The red-light LEDs are on the inside surface and can be harder to see in bright light.
