Does the Hip Therapy Belt include a wall adapter?

The current Daywick Hip Therapy Belt is a wireless rechargeable model. It includes: - the Hip Therapy Belt - the extension strap - a USB-C charging cable - the instruction manual It does not include a wall power adapter and it does not need a special Daywick adapter. Use a USB wall adapter, phone charger, or power bank rated 2.4A or higher. A low-output adapter can prevent the belt from charging or powering on correctly. Some shipments may include older printed material that mentions a wall adapter. If your pamphlet or packing slip mentions one, that printed material is outdated. The product itself is correct.

How do I charge and use the Hip Therapy Belt?

Charge the Hip Therapy Belt fully before first use. Charging basics: 1. Connect the included USB-C cable to the belt. 2. Use a USB wall adapter, phone charger, or power bank rated 2.4A or higher. 3. A full charge usually takes about 2-3 hours. 4. The four blue indicator lights show the charge level. Four blue lights means it is fully charged. 5. Unplug the belt before turning it on. Using the belt: 1. Place it around the hip and upper-thigh area. 2. Adjust the strap until it feels secure but comfortable. 3. Long-press the power button for about 2 seconds to turn it on. 4. Use short button presses to cycle the heat and vibration/massage levels. 5. The belt has a 15-minute auto shut-off. Important: the belt is designed to be used while unplugged. It cannot be turned on, heated, or vibrated while charging.

Will it fit me? Can I use it on either hip?

The Daywick Hip Therapy Belt is adjustable and designed to sit around the hip and upper-thigh area. It includes an extension strap and adjusts up to about 1.3 m / 51 inches. It can be used on either side of the body. Position it so the treatment area sits where you want heat, massage, compression, and red light support. The belt should feel secure, but not painfully tight. If it feels uncomfortable, loosen or reposition it before use.
