Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@daywick.com if you need to cancel or change an order.

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be sent within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has not started processing yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Once processing or shipping has started, changes and cancellations are usually no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be stopped in transit.

For address changes, include:

  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • the full corrected shipping address
  • your phone number, if needed for delivery
