How do I return my order?

Daywick accepts returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@daywick.com with:

  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • the reason for the return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

Items must be returned unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.
