What should I do if my item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective?

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or seems defective, contact us at support@daywick.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • photos of the item and packaging
  • a short video if the issue is with charging, heat, massage, red light, or power

If the issue is confirmed, we will help make it right. Broken, damaged, incorrect, or defective items may qualify for a replacement or another solution after review.

Please do not send the product back before contacting us.
